Dear Fellowship Family,

As the Christmas season draws near, I’m thrilled to share with you a vision for the future of our church and to invite you to join us in an opportunity that will help shape the journey ahead.

For years, our church has faithfully served the community, living out our mission to help people find and follow Jesus. Together, we’ve celebrated countless stories of transformed lives within our church family. This Christmas, we have an extraordinary opportunity to invest in the growth and impact of our church and its essential ministries.

-Pastor Andy Eiss

Our Christmas Offering is a commitment to give above and beyond our regular giving.  When you give to this year’s Christmas offering, you’ll be giving toward the following projects:

  1. FC Children’s Environments Upgrades

  2. Church Networking and Planting

  3. Addressing Rising Energy Costs

Thank you for considering expanding your generosity in this way. Together, let’s see what kind of an impact we can make as we close out 2024!

*Below you can find descriptions for each of these areas and an efficient strategy on how to start giving.

FC Children’s Environments Upgrades

As you know we prioritize our Next Generation. We value creating spaces to continue to capture the hearts, imaginations and attention of our children.

Some of our children’s environments are tired and due for fresh paint, updated bathrooms, exciting room themes and new furniture. These upgrades will go a long way in creating safe and engaging spaces where our children can learn about Jesus on their level.

Church Networking and Planting

We’re partnering with the Irresistible Church Network to help plant churches in America and throughout the world.

Nothing spreads the Good News of Jesus faster than planting new churches.

Our vision is to create churches that inspire people to follow Jesus, in every corner of our country and throughout the world.

Addressing Rising Energy Costs

Earlier this year, we all experienced the increase in energy costs and Fellowship Church is not exempt. To decrease costs, we have pursued a solar project that will be implemented in 2025.

In addition to this, most of our HVAC units are over 25 years old. A portion of this year’s offering will go toward purchasing and replacing some of those units.

How Do I Decide How Much to Give?

PRAY

Giving is an act of worship to God and therefore a spiritual decision. Your act of giving should begin with prayer. Pray as a family and discuss together as to what God has placed on your heart to give. Pray about considering some following options…

47321.jpg
  • Consider making your Christmas Offering your BEST gift your giving this Christmas

  • Consider tithing your Christmas offering on Christmas Sunday (A tithe is 10% of your weekly income)

  • Consider giving a minimum of $100

PLAN

Once you have decided how much to give, begin to plan to save for your gift from now until Christmas. Allow this decision to be a thoughtful and worshipful part of the full Christmas season rather than a last second decision. You’ll be surprised how God shapes and moves in your heart throughout this process.

PARTICIPATE

Opportunities to give to this year’s Christmas offering begin now and extend until January 12, 2025. You can give online at any time. However, there will be a special emphasis in our Christmas Eve services.
