VIRTUE OF THE MONTH
- HUMILITY -
Humility is the virtue of recognizing one's complete dependence on God and viewing oneself accurately in light of His greatness. It involves having a realistic self-perception, acknowledging both strengths and weaknesses, while understanding that all good comes from God as a gift. Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it’s thinking of yourself, less.
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” - Philippians 2:3-4
